DESCRIPTION:Cry Cyclops began life at the start of 2025. Made up of three-q
	uarters of the\nMelbourne band previously known as Bits Of Shit - who rele
	ased an LP on Homeless\n(hey\, that's me!) and a number of 7"s on labels s
	uch as Total Punk\, Lexicon\nDevil and Matador\, toured the U.S and Japan\
	, but have been inactive for nearly a\ndecade - the goal was jamming\, wri
	ting songs and trying not to be too much like\nBOS.\n\nFor those fortunate
	 enough to attend a Bits Of Shit show across Melbourne\, a\nrare Sydney vi
	sit or the aforementioned U.S and Japan jaunts\, you knew you were\nwitnes
	sing something wild\, dangerous and damn confrontational. I have felt just
	\nas intimidated at a Cry Cyclops show and can't recommend seeing them hig
	hly\nenough. Music should not be "safe". I still feel sorry for the fright
	ened\nJapanese crowds who scattered as Danny would come bursting onstage\,
	 punching his\nfists together with a "RIIIIGHT!!"\n\nCry Cyclops like the 
	sounds of early U.S west coast hardcore\, scuzzy Australian\nnoise-punk an
	d all kinds of obtuse post-punk music. They like a lot of things.\nSomewhe
	re in this midst lies their own music.
